NightShade-Free added to Food Markers Lineup

Nightshade markers have been added to the line up! Nightshades are a family of plants named Solanaceae containing more than 2,500 species, many of which contain high levels of poisonous alkaloids (deadly nightshade and mandrake.) The Solanaceae family also includes a wide variety of common fruits and vegetables including: tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, potatoes, goji berries, and tomatillos (view a more complete list here.) Some people are sensitive to nightshades causing muscle pain, asthma, insomnia, arthritis and various inflammatory complications. For those with sensitivities the only solution is strict avoidance. With education spreading more people are becoming aware of their nightshade sensitivity.
